: 6 to 8 of the 1000 mg capsules is equal to 6 to 8 grams which is a good start. You may want to gradually go higher.
: Right now we only have the Lignisul brand in capsules. We have an Opti capsule order in process but won't have them available for about a month. Both are fine brands and I have no problems recommending either one--it's still pure MSM either way.
