6 to 8 of the 1000 mg capsules is equal to 6 to 8 grams which is a good start. You may want to gradually go higher.
Right now we only have the Lignisul brand in capsules. We have an Opti capsule order in process but won't have them available for about a month. Both are fine brands and I have no problems recommending either one--it's still pure MSM either way.
: No, the bottle of MSM I have from the health food store indicates each capsule is 1000 mg. I take 6-8 of those daily. I'm not good at conversions so I'm not sure how that measures out against 6-8 grams. Were you trying to indicate that I am taking too little? too much?
: Anyway, I'm guessing the only capsules you have available is the Lignisul Brand? Does the Opti Brand sell in capsule form? Is there a difference between the 2 brands?
