What an amazing surprise! I take 4000 mg a day with 1000 mg of vitimin C. Very positive effects...but negative signs, severe constipation and itching. I'm not going to stop MSM! Prayerful I can find a remedy for the constipation. Any suggestions?

6-7 inch scar fading

I started taking MSM for hair growth. To my surprise, after having Renal Cell Carcinoma ( cancer of the kidney )I was left with a very huge scar status post surgery to remove the kidney. After only a 2 weeks on MSM, the scar is lightening/fading. Whoo hoo...scretch marks are disappearing as well. What an amazing surprise! I take 4000 mg a day with 1000 mg of vitimin C.

My wife uses Ultra Primal Defense for constipation and claims that it helps her quite a bit.
